My story is no different from many other immigrant stories.
When I arrived in America all the odds where against me.
Knowing no English and having no education the only thing I
could do was to work hard and chase my dreams. The stories of
struggle when I first got here in 1973 are both funny and
heartwarming. Waking up at 4am to go work a construction
job and then working the evening shift a local pizzeria just to
learn the business, was the kind of determined person I was.
Fast forward nearly 40 years and the same passion and
love I had when I first started is still evident today. I want to
provide the same high quality food day after day with no excuses.
Making my customers fall in love at first bite, is what I strives to do.
