We built this restaurant around that belief, and every recipe on our menu reflects it, from old family sauces to dough recipes we have refined over the years. We source Wisconsin cheeses, hand select our produce, and make our doughs and sauces from scratch every day, because that is the only way to get the flavor right. Our pasta is cooked to order, our meatballs are formed by hand, and our pizza gets exactly the time it needs before it hits the oven. Good food takes patience, and we have plenty of it.
